What You’ll Do:

• Design and build backend services and APIs (Python / Node.js, Nest).

• Own data models and integrations across SQL and NoSQL stores.

• Contribute to web apps using React and Next.js (full-stack path).

• Deploy, operate, and optimize on AWS with CI/CD and IaC workflows.

• Write tests, monitor performance, and lead code reviews.

• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers.

Must-Haves:

• 3 years of experience building production systems.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Solid in one or more: Python, Node.js/Nest, React/Next.js.

• Hands-on with AWS (e.g., Lambda, EC2/ECS, S3, RDS), Docker, Git.

• Comfort with SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB/DynamoDB).

• Testing practices (unit/integration) and debugging in prod.

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices.

• Caching/queues (Redis, SQS/RabbitMQ) and observability (Logs/Metrics/Tracing).

• Security best practices and performance tuning experience.
